1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Artispreneur ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.

3. AI Agents

Artispreneur provides AI-powered agents ("Agents") that assist with music business operations. Agents are tools that provide information and execute actions you authorize. You are responsible for the actions taken by your Agents, including but not limited to: PRO registrations, distribution account management, LLC/C-Corp filings, contract generation, and financial analysis.

Agents are not legal counsel, financial advisors, or certified professionals. Any contracts, legal documents, tax advice, or financial recommendations produced by Agents should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use.

4. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

When using BYOK, you are responsible for your API key usage, costs, and compliance with your chosen provider's terms of service. Artispreneur does not monitor or control the content of prompts routed through your personal API keys.

5. Free Tier & Gemini Credits

Free tier access is subject to Google's Gemini API terms and rate limits. Artispreneur reserves the right to adjust free tier limits. Free credits are provisioned on a fair-use basis and may not be used for abusive, illegal, or harmful purposes.

6. Data & Content

You retain all rights to your music, catalog data, and creative content. Artispreneur claims no ownership over your intellectual property. Agent outputs and generated content are owned by you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal activity, to generate fraudulent documents, to impersonate others, or to violate the terms of third-party services (DSPs, PROs, etc.) integrated through the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Artispreneur is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: missed royalty payments, incorrect legal filings, financial losses, or DSP account issues.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your workspace data and agent state.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
